The fact of the matter is I have been lazy, and binging. I’ve been working on clay so much and focused on others things that have drawn my attention from consistency – the truth is that I need to make room for a different way of doing things all around. Organizing the day is the best way to change mindset. Make room for the exercising, make room for the prayers and most important make room for improvement.
